We are a friendly group of like-minded people with a wide variety of interests and especially welcome new members.
In 2012 our U3A proudly celebrated 25 years.
We have about 380 current members, and the one-off cost to join is presently £8 and the current yearly subscription is £12.
U3A is a ‘get involved and share your interests, enthusiasm & skills’ type of organisation.
Please do come and join us.
Lytham St Annes U3A meet every second Friday of the month at 10.00 for 10.30am at the United Reformed church hall on St Georges Road, St Annes.
We start with refreshments, then general information, especially about the interest groups, then we have a guest speaker.

More About U3A
University of the Third Age (U3A) is an organisation for retired and semi-retired people, where they can come together and learn together, not for qualifications but for the sheer joy of discovery!
Members share their skills and life experiences: the learners teach and the teachers learn, and there is no distinction between them.
The U3A movement is supported by its national organisation, the Third Age Trust.
The U3A is all about learning new things in later life and there are many “interest groups” led by U3A members – such as learning languages, walking, scrabble to name just a few. Get involved in what you find interesting!
